I'm an independent designer with +15 years of experience in the design and digital production business.
I'm always pushing my boundaries and looking for delivering best-in-class stuff – life's too short for 💩 products.
My path as a designer
I'm passionate about design, photography and the internet. But also about cooking, gardening, music, magazines, postal stamps... it's difficult for me to pick just a few.
My relationship with design started when I was 12 and had the opportunity to get my hands on a book about HTML. I wrote my first couple of lines of code with some super-basic CSS and then watched that code rendering in a browser. It was just mind-blowing.
That first project
This new-found love for web design and a natural interest in the media led me to co-found RoolZ in 2004 at the age of 15. RoolZ was a social network that helped teenagers based in Comodoro Rivadavia city to hang around, see photos, comment and chat. In a very short amount of time, we were dealing with 2k users a day, building relationships, generating local events and selling merch.
As a natural progression from this, I teamed up with other people from RoolZ to start offering marketing services to local businesses. We began creating small websites in Dreamweaver, as well as designing logos and marketing collateral.
Experimenting with media and print
Years later, while studying Graphic Design and Advertising, I discovered the print and editorial world – I decided to experiment in this field by launching NOCHEPOLAR, a monthly printed culture & entertainment magazine based in Patagonia, Argentina. The project evolved into a bootstrapped Media company, creating products and experiences across the region. The company was then acquired by the second largest Argentinean media pool.
An opportunity to scale the business
With the magazine working as a showcase of my talents and a seal of quality, my services were soon in high demand. Next, I co-founded CĂłncavo&Convexo (then renamed to Sangha) as an independent Branding and Marketing agency providing services for local and regional businesses and brands.
Crossing the ocean
As a career and personal challenge, I moved to London in 2015. Having a background in Branding, Marketing, Editorial and Web Design gave me the tools and skillset to evolve and focus my work as a Digital Product Designer.
Nowadays, I'm working as an independent designer, helping companies directly or teaming up with agencies across the globe to create products and lead the teams behind their production.
